Upon approval, Baron Mortgage Corporation will prepare the closing documents and supply them to our closing agent. Closings normally can take place (remove the word in) three business days after loan approval and require no extra travel on your part. Our closing firms will close anywhere within the state of the property that you are financing, matching your choice of town or city within 10-15 miles. In many instances, we can close at your home or work as well.
