An actual commitment to make a mortgage loan will not be issued unless we receive a complete mortgage loan application from you, and we are able to verify that your financial and credit condition at that time and the value and condition for the property you are purchasing satisfy our credit standards. In addition, under rate circumstances, Baron may be unable to grant a mortgage loan based on information contained in a credit bureau report.
