Mr. and Mrs Ferrell maintain it impeccably with 3 fulltime staff. They have lived there for over 22 years and brought up their lovely family there. Mr. Ferrell has now passed away and her kids have grown up so she is getting ready to sell.
The house was quietly under contract several months ago but fell out the last day of the contingency due to panic from the buyer on the financial crisis. It flew through a very thorough Property, Mold and Seawall Inspection. At the time the few minor items found were immediately corrected by the Ferrells. I have the copies of the inspections and they are pretty fresh.
